Locked out with Wi-Fi

Hi, I cannot log into my laptop after factory resetting it. It doesn’t allow me to get into my laptop without getting internet and it only lets me use an Ethernet (which I don’t have a port to). I factory reset my laptop after I found all these issues with the internet and my icon for Wi-Fi wouldn’t even show up. I tried to manually reset things, and restart my laptop the whole time and found that the only solution is to factor reset it. After I was stuck I tried a couple commands to try and fix it but nothing worked. I tried to bypass the sign in aswell by using the OOBE\BYPASSNRO…. Please help me!

    What is your computer's brand and exact model number?

    You will basically need to get the OEM lciense from manufacturer website. Load it into the USB, then use Fn+F10, or F10 to launch command prompt, then type

    explorer.exe

    to launch File explorer, then locate the usb drive and run the driver installer.
