The account was recently locked and then reactivated, so OneDrive may still be in a temporarily blocked or inconsistent state.

    Take these steps in order:

    1. Wait up to 24 hours after the human verification/unlock. If the account was blocked because of unusual activity or heavy sharing, the block can automatically clear within 24 hours.
    2. Check whether the OneDrive account itself is still blocked:
    3. If access still fails in the same browser, try:
      • Using an InPrivate/Incognito window and signing in again.
      • Clearing the browser cache and cookies, then signing in again.
    4. If the issue persists after 24 hours and the reset page shows the account as active, contact Microsoft Support with the correlation ID shown on the error screen so they can investigate the OneDrive backend for this account.
