First, I would like to ask why my Microsoft Rewards got suspended even though I follow all the rules agreed in tos or any agreements ? ( Don't answer me to "read" it again )

Second, are the Microsoft Rewards' support team really "ready to help" when I have raised 3 support tickets regarding my suspended account there but literally got 0 answer and "The ban" from their support mechanism ?

You can ask for more information through sending mail into my account

Thank you for reading this and I hope you can give me a proper answer in the mail instead of giving me a GENERAL answer like "Please review the tos or any tips",..... I am very disappointed about how the Microsoft Rewards' Support Team handle ( Although someone in the team is really helpful like "Gabriel" :)

Hi SpaceCat,

I really wish I could assist you directly on this issue. However, the behavior you're experiencing is tied to back‑end systems and service functionality, and unfortunately, we don't have the authority or access required to investigate or make changes at that level.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Therefore, we regret that we cannot give you a more concrete answer here. We also don't have the authority to forward your request, escalate your case or interact with support team progress. Since you have already contacted support team, please be patient.

Thank you for your understanding, and I hope the support team can resolve this for you soon.
