Additional calendar-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business
In the current Bookings experience in Microsoft Teams, the calendar view options are controlled by the view selector (Day, Day by staff, Work week, Week, Month), but there is no separate Bookings setting that changes how many days are shown when a date range is selected. The behavior of showing a multi‑day range (for example, May 7–12) instead of a single day is part of the updated calendar UI and is not configurable from a Bookings menu.
To adjust what is visible, only the standard calendar controls are available:
- Use the view selector (e.g., Day, Work week, Week, Month) at the top of the calendar to switch between the predefined views.
- Use Filter to limit which staff or event types are shown so the view is less cluttered, even if multiple days are displayed.
- If using the Teams calendar rather than the Bookings calendar, saved views and time‑scale changes can further tailor what is shown, but these options do not alter the Bookings day‑range selection behavior.
There is no additional Bookings menu setting that will force the calendar to display only a single selected date instead of a date range.
