Hello

We are unable to deploy any model on an Azure OpenAI / AI Services account. All deployment attempts fail immediately with error code 715-123420: An error occurred. Please reach out to support for additional assistance. The failure occurs from both Azure Portal and Azure CLI, and from a freshly created resource group, which suggests a platform-level block rather than a configuration issue.

Based on Microsoft Q&A thread 5856351 and related threads (5825772, 5836072), this error code appears to indicate that the deployment request is being blocked by Azure's Real-Time Fraud Protection (RTFP) system, and requires a collaboration ticket with the internal security team for manual review and unblock.

Done on Support side

Create collab with Security team for review and escalated to respective team as per latest process.

Observation - Temporary blocks from Backend, Remediated from security team
