Hi,

I understand that you want to redeem your Microsoft Rewards points for Robux without using a phone number. However, at this time, phone number verification is required for most rewards, including Robux.

Unfortunately, there is no alternative method to bypass this requirement. Microsoft uses phone verification as a security measure to prevent fraud and protect accounts.

Try a different mobile number. Make sure it is a real SIM-based number (not VoIP or app-based), as those are often not accepted.
Go to your Microsoft account and make sure your phone number is added and verified under security info.

If all else fails, contacting the Rewards support team would be the best option. You can reach out to them using the following link: https://rewards.bing.com/support

The support team for Bing Rewards has the essential tools and resources to investigate and fix this issue. Please note that their response time is usually within 24 hours, but it may take longer depending on the volume of tickets they receive (first come, first served). Thank you.
