Is anyone else having issues with Planner 3 on a new install (upgraded from Basic)? We are unable to create a Premium Project. It gives an error message then deletes the project.

The plan will appear in my mhy plan list, but when I click on it to enter and add details I get a Message (full screen) saying this plan has been deleted.

We've tried removing the license and readding it to the account but this does not resolve the issue.

I have 2 users who were just given a new license with same issue and existing users who already had licenses who have the same issue.

Did you ever get this resolved? What was the solution for you in the end?

I hit the exact same problem today: eventually I got it working again by checking the backed of the Dataverse (where these Premium plans are stored). Not going into too much detail but curious if and how this was resolved for you and it might also be helpful for others in the future.

I've done all the items in the above list and have reached out to Microsoft, it's been 2 weeks. I'm still waiting for someone to connect with me.
