Hey,
The azure artifact signing has been stuck for approximately 2 weeks (in business days) now.
It's still in progress and I've responded to all emails required and submitted all documents on the 22nd of january but today it's the 9th of february with no update in status.

What can I do?

If your Azure Artifact Signing identity validation status has been stuck in "In Progress" for an extended period, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Email Notifications: Ensure that you have received all necessary email notifications regarding your identity validation. Sometimes, additional documentation may be required, and you should have received an email if that is the case.
    2. Contact Support: If you have responded to all requests and submitted all documents, it may be best to reach out to Azure Support for assistance. You can also use Microsoft Q&A with the tag artifact-signing to ask for help.
    3. Review Submission Details: Double-check that all the information provided during the identity validation request is accurate and complete. Any discrepancies can lead to delays.
    4. Wait for Processing: Processing times can vary, and it may take longer than expected if additional documentation is needed or if there are other issues.

If you continue to experience issues, contacting support is the most effective way to resolve the situation.
