Hi Sushanta,

In order to earn Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification you need to pass MS-102 exam as well as have at least one of the below certifications, and it must be Active:

Since you just passed MS-102, that means you must pass either MD-102, MS-700, SC-300, or SC-401 and both certifications will show up.

If you have passed the Microsoft 365 Administrator Certificate MS-102 but do not see the certificate in your credentials, there could be several reasons for this:

    1. Profile Issues: Ensure that you are signed into the correct Microsoft Learn profile. If you have multiple accounts, you might be checking the wrong one.
    2. Processing Time: Sometimes, it may take time for the certification to appear in your profile after passing the exam.
    3. Support Contact: If you still do not see your certificate after confirming the above, it is recommended to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance. They can help verify your account and resolve any issues related to missing certificates.

You can find more information on how to contact support in the Microsoft Learn documentation.
