I need my windows pro key. I cannot find it. I purchased my licence online on the MS Store

As described a digital licence does not use a product key but your account effectively acts as the key.
Are you trying to activate after a clean install. Do you have a new device that you want to use Pro edition on.?
When you use the installation media the default install is Home edition. You cannot upgrade to Pro using your digital Pro licence.
To upgrade you need to use the generic Pro product key.
Make sure the device is completely offline and use VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T at Change product key in Settings.
Follow any onscreen prompts and restart after the process is complete. Go back online and Windows Pro should activate using your digital licence.

I am trying to activate W11 Pro after a clean install on the same computer that was W11 pro. I have signed in with my account which I used to buy the W11 Pro license but the version on my laptop remains W11 Home

This is Tin, regarding with your purchased from MS Store, please be informed that MS doesn't provide Product key when you purchase it from them, it will be a digital license which means that it will be associated with your account. So in case you need to activate your Windows, all you have to do is to sign in your account and it should be activated.
