Hello,

Which email account are you logged into in Outlook? It is possible that the email user profile is corrupted, which is causing the emails not to sync to the client.

Please open Control Panel → Mail → Show Profiles, create a new profile, then sign in to your email account in the new profile and check whether the emails can sync properly

If you're not receiving messages in Outlook while they are working fine in webmail and Apple Mail, there are several troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Check for Metered Connection Warning: If you're on a metered connection, Outlook may restrict its ability to send or receive emails. You can check for a Metered Connection Warning in Outlook. If it appears, consider switching to a non-metered network or adjusting your connection settings.
    2. Use Outlook on the Web: Since you mentioned that webmail is working, log in to your Outlook on the web account to verify that your email account is functioning correctly. This can help determine if the issue is with the Outlook application itself.
    3. Run Support and Recovery Assistant: Download and run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant. This tool can help diagnose and fix issues affecting Outlook or your Microsoft 365 account. It can address common problems that may prevent you from receiving emails.
    4. Check for Updates: Ensure that your Outlook application is up to date. You can check for updates by opening any Office application, selecting File, then Office Account, and checking for updates under Office Updates. Make sure you have version 2008 (Build 13127.20508) or later.
    5. Profile Issues: If the problem persists, there might be an issue with your Outlook profile. Consider creating a new profile to see if that resolves the issue.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to explore further technical support options or consult with your IT department if applicable.
