Seeing "We couldn't sign you in" when trying to log in to Azure Portal

My azure account is the same as my personal hotmail account. I am in a loop where I can access my hotmail account but there is no way to access my azure account. When I try to login to azure portal gives me only 2 options: authenticator code (which I provide but it says it doesn't work) and authentication notification which I don't receive. There is nothing wrong with my authentication app, I can use it to login to the same account on hotmail, it's a problem specific to azure portal login. I am in this loop for days now and I tried many options. Tried to remove the authenticator, tried to install it on another phone, tried to contact azure support but it requires me to be authenticated, tried microsoft support but it sends me to azure support. Please I need my access to azure portal. Can someone help me. Thanks in advance.

Hello Henrique,

Thanks for sharing the requested details in Private messages tab.

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
