I use Chrome browser and all of a sudden when I comment in MSN News, I am allowed to write my comment, but then I get a denial message saying that it does not meet Community Guidelines. My comments are benign and when I check my account, I see that there are no infractions and if I check my profile, I can see the same comments there that are not showing up on the public site. Why?

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Forum!
I’m sorry you’re running into this, I can tell it's frustrating when your comment is blocked by the system without explanation.
What you’re describing usually happens because MSN’s automated moderation flags comments incorrectly. Even when your account shows no infractions, the filter can still hide your comment from the public while showing it on your profile. Also, since this is a public forum, no one here (including moderators) can access your personal account or view your internal moderation history, we can only offer guidance based on the information you share.
A few things you can try that often help:
If you want to look into it further, you can review Microsoft’s current Terms of Use and Services Agreement, which now govern MSN comments. You can also report the issue through Microsoft Support, but keep in mind that MSN comment moderation is almost entirely automated and individual comment reviews aren’t typically handled manually.
