Hi, we hosted a 1-hour webinar on Microsoft teams yesterday from 16:00 to 17:00, however when I try to get the attendance report it only shows 2 1-minutes meetings, and not the full report. This is critical for our marketing campaign. What should I do to get the report?

    Dear @Camilla

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Community!

If my understanding is correct, the attendance report for your recent webinar is not appearing as expected, despite this feature having consistently worked for your past events.

To diagnose the cause accurately, I will need additional details about how the session was conducted and how it is appearing within Microsoft Teams.

    1. How was the webinar scheduled? Through Teams Calendar, Outlook, or as a Channel meeting?
    2. Were you the meeting organizer, or a co‑organizer? As documented in the official article View webinar reports in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support, only organizers can view webinar reports.undefined
    3. Could you confirm if the requirements mentioned by Q&A Assist were met?
    4. Did the webinar run continuously from 16:00–17:00, without restarting the session?
    5. While I review the details you provide, please complete the following checks to determine whether the report may already be accessible elsewhere:
    • Navigate to the original webinar within the Teams chat interface and confirm whether an attendance tab or report link is present.
    • If you have the ability to adjust meeting settings, re‑assign yourself as a co‑organizer within the meeting options and then reopen the meeting recap.
    • Try accessing the webinar directly through your Teams calendar and review the recap section.
    • If the session was recorded or linked to a channel, review the corresponding files section. In some cases, attendance data is stored or referenced alongside the recording files.

If you have access to an IT administrator, request that they retrieve the meeting data from the Teams Admin Center. Administrators can access usage reports even when the front‑end attendance report is missing, which may allow for partial recovery of attendee information.

Please ask them to refer to this article Microsoft Teams webinar usage report - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn

In case the provided steps don't work on your end, kindly let me know your confirmation of the above questions, I will be able to determine whether the issue is due to a known behavior, a session logging error, a threshold requirement, or a system-side processing issue.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience.

To access the attendance report for your webinar in Microsoft Teams, ensure that the following criteria were met:

    1. The event must have started.
    2. There must be a minimum of 3 participants (i.e., participant count ≥ 3).
    3. The event must run for at least 900 seconds (15 minutes).
    4. The report may take up to 28 hours after the event ends to appear in the usage report.

Since you mentioned that your webinar lasted for 1 hour but only shows 2 one-minute meetings, it is possible that the participant count did not meet the minimum requirement or that the report is still processing. Please check these conditions and wait a bit longer if necessary.

If the criteria were met and the report still does not show up, consider checking the Teams admin center or contacting your IT support for further assistance.
