My Outlook email was removed from my microsoft account and before i could add it to another microsoft account the email was changed and i cant access it anymore is there anyway i can have support or something give me the new address

when microsfot update my system yesterday it removed my new ******@outlook.com email address, the address shows up on my android as still active
i have 2 laptops and microsoft update wiped out on each but at different occasions since I used them at different times. now lost access to my "new" email since my old msn.com account also doent work with many companies anymore
