No access to tenant. Error - AADSTS5000224

I need help as I created a support ticket with Microsoft for help to get access back into my tenant but seem to be getting no response. Looking for any help in how to get a response to get back into our environment. We did the 30-day free trial and actively used the tenant while we start our company. Again, looking for any help or direction to regain access to our environment.

Below is the error we are receiving:

Due to the holidays, I did not see access was granted back into our environment on 25 December 2025. With the provided help from Rukmini, I was able to login to our tenant. Thank you!
