To add OneDrive to the left side of the screen in the new Outlook, you typically would look for the More Apps icon to access additional features. However, if you do not see the More Apps icon, it may be due to the interface settings or your version of Outlook.

In the new Outlook for Windows, you can access public folders or additional apps by selecting More Apps > Folders. If the More Apps icon is missing, ensure that your Outlook is updated to the latest version, as updates can sometimes change the available features and icons.

If the issue persists, consider reaching out to your IT support or checking the Outlook settings to ensure that all features are enabled and visible.

    Hello !

To pin OneDrive to the new or old Outlook, you must have a business/school account. The icon will not appear with a personal Microsoft account.

Is this the case for you ?
If you do not see the “More apps” icon, it means that you've already pinned everything that you can in the Outlook app bar.

Please let me know if you have any other question !
