Is it possible to recover my Minecraft account with an order receipt?

I am trying to regain access to my Minecraft account. The Microsoft email which was originally used for the Minecraft account account appears to have been deleted due to being inactive, so I can no longer sign in. The Microsoft email was deleted over a year ago, and there is no way to recover it to my understanding. I know the Minecraft account still exists, as I can view it on websites like NameMC. I still have the order receipt that was sent when I first purchased the game, as proof of ownership. Would it be possible to have the Minecraft account transferred to an active Microsoft email I currently use? Thanks in advance.
