Hi,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details. Just to confirm, when you say your website still shows the old location, is that showing in Bing search results, on Bing Maps, or in your Bing Places dashboard? This will help us figure out if it’s a search snippet issue, a map pin problem, or the business listing itself.
To fix this, you’ll need to update your listing in Bing Places for Business since Bing Maps pulls its data from there.
Go to bingplaces.com and sign in. If you already have a listing, create a new one for your current address instead of editing the old one, Bing recommends this to avoid conflicts. If you don’t have a listing yet, click “Claim or Add Your Business” and follow the steps, or import from Google Business Profile for faster setup.
If your old address still appears, mark it as “Permanently Closed.” Then verify your new listing by postcard, phone, or email. If verification fails, upload official documents or contact Bing support. Updates can take a few weeks because Bing uses third-party data feeds, so give it some time. Also, make sure your website and other directories like Google and Yelp are updated for consistency.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Edward
