Hello,

I’m facing an issue while updating Windows. The update Stack package 922.415.111.0 fails to install and shows the error code 0x800b0101.

I have already tried:

  • Running the Windows Update Troubleshooter

Restarting the system

Checking the date and time settings

Running sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

But the issue still persists.

My System Details:

Windows 10/11 (mention your exact version and build)

Update name: Stack package 922.415.111.0

Error: 0x800b0101 (certificate or timestamp error)

Can someone from Microsoft or the community please help me resolve this? Is there a way to manually install this update or reset the update certificates?

Thanks in advance,Hello,

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

Please clarify the following:

Do you have a third-party antivirus installed? If yes, which one?

Also. What is the current version and "OS Build" of your Windows 11?

  • Press "Windows + R", type winver, and click OK.

If you prefer, share a screenshot. Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

Be sure to censor your email address if it appears. The Microsoft Q&A is public.

I await your reply.

Thank you for your response and support.

I don’t have any third-party antivirus installed on my system.

I’ve attached a screenshot showing my current Windows 11 version and OS Build details.

Please let me know if you need any additional information.
