how to get all the data from sharepoint list using copilot studio

i am trying to get data from sharepoint list using copilot studio, generative answer node. The query will be dynamic i.e. user can mention list all employees who are active or list number of architects in the team or some data for a specific user. When there are multiple rows to be fetched the response only gets 10 records. how can we ensure that entire record is retrieved.

Currently, Copilot Studio’s SharePoint connector and generative answer node have a default limit of 10 records per response. This is by design to keep answers concise and performant.

The 10-record limit is system-defined. For full results, use a custom plugin/API or chunk results in your agent logic. Direct configuration to increase the limit is not available in Copilot Studio as of now.
