Incorrect business phone number and address on Bing Places for business

My business details on bing places for business are incorrect. The address and phone number are incorrect. I am unable to correct the listing due to the numbers being incorrect and so I am unable to confirm anything.

I hope this something Bing can correct

Not sure what I can do myself.

Business: Arborinas Nursery... can't be verified.. The email on the profile no longer exits. The phone is land line with a non-telemarketer pre code. I have asked for "mail code", it has been two weeks, still no code. Contact goes to "chat" with 1 hour to 1.5 hour wait.

We lost our host in 2024. The old domain has since been purchased by GoDaddy. I have a new domain. But I cannot make changes, because the business cannot be verified. There is o link to change info until verified.... Circular, impossible to edit. If I delete the listing and start over, I am told it "already exists". please help

The only answer suggests: " Sign in to Bing Places for Business Go to https://www.bingplaces.com/ and log in with the account linked to your business." see above comment. Can't break out of circular/

You can create a support ticket from bingplaces.com itself to report any discrepancy.

It will be updated post validation.

Below are steps.

Sign in to Bing Places for Business Go to https://www.bingplaces.com/ and log in with the account linked to your business.
Request Ownership Verification via Alternate Method If the phone number verification fails, Bing offers other options:
- Email verification (if an email is associated with the listing).
- Postcard verification (Bing mails a code to your business address).
- Business document upload (utility bill, business license, etc.).
Contact Bing Places Support If none of the above works, you can:
- Use the Help & Support section on Bing Places.
- Submit a support ticket explaining the incorrect details and inability to verify.
Prepare Proof of Ownership Bing will likely ask for:
- Official documents showing your correct address and phone number.
- Screenshots of your website or other verified listings.
