I've recently upgraded to Windows 11 and frequently experience random crashes and reboots. I ran a system file check (sfc /scannow) and found no issue. Event viewer shows the bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffffdf07358c6010, 0xfffff8032bddfd60, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004)

Here is a link to the minidump zip file: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/ojxby82ztsgixd1hep1n5/101925-43593-01.zip?rlkey=qaexc907t4c8bs4ox175ppxmr&st=1xj8m9pl&dl=0

I always keep my Windows up to date, as well as my BIOS and Nvidia graphics card drivers. Can anyone please help check what's causing the problem? Thank you.

Your minidump file indicates that it is the device driver on your Nvidia graphics card that is causing the system to crash, there is no other problem indicated on your system.

CI understand you have updated your Nvidia drivers, the best option is to completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the Nvidia website to download and install a couple of slightly older version of the Nvidia device driver to try to find a version that is stable on your system.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.
