Thank you for letting me know.
You're not alone alone. Some users have recently run into the same issue when enrolling for ESU on Windows 10.
Since all your prerequisites are in place and you’ve already restarted your device, it may help to try again at another time of the day. It’s possible that the issue is temporary and related to server congestion, as many users have been getting the ESU update recently.
Before trying again, please make sure you have the latest Windows updates installed.
Run DISM and SFC command and perform Hard Shutdown:
- Try running DISM and SFC command to automatically repair and restore any potential system file issues.
- Steps 2 to 5 can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/windows/using-system-file-checker-in-windows-365e0031-36b1-6031-f804-8fd86e0ef4ca (If you get any error messages while running those commands, let me know)
- After running DISM and SFC command, perform a hard shutdown (not restart). Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure that you've saved any unsaved tasks or documents.
Perform hard shutdown:
- Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds, or until the screen turns off, release the power button and wait for about 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds, press the power button again to turn on your device.
To re-enable Windows 10 ESU registration, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update to find the enrollment option, then select "Enroll now" or "Add device" to begin the process again
Let me know how it goes.
