Hello,

My PC suddenly restarted without warning. There was no BSOD shown on the screen, it just rebooted. After checking the Event Viewer, I found these entries:

Event ID 1001 (BugCheck): The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. Bugcheck code: 0x000000C2 (0x000000000000000D, 0xffffa40a4262f470, 0x00000000506d7054, 0x00000000d58072a0)

Additional info:

Windows 11, build 26100

System was stable before, no recent hardware changes

Happens randomly (not under heavy load)

Any help or advice on how to diagnose this further would be appreciated.

    Hi ,

Well the link you sent is asking for permission?

If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

    Thanks
