Where can I download an earlier version of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office?

I have an old MacBook Air (2017 model) with macOS Monterey version 12.7.6. To get Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams on my 2017 MacBookAir, I am told that I need version 16.89.1 or earlier. I can not find this version online or in the app store to download it. Where can I find it? Thank you!

Hi! You can still download Office installer directly from Microsoft’s Update history for Office for Mac page, scroll to the 16.89.1 row and choose the Office suite package (with or without Teams).

If you must stay on macOS 12, the reliable path is to use Teams on the web in a supported browser.

Unfortunately, there is currently no Teams application which can be installed on MacOS Monterey 12.7.6.
