I am not receiving emails from 3rd party /outside organization to confirm security of another code or verification code . What should I do?

I need to reset a password as well as confirm my email, but my outlook email isn’t receiving the security emails /verification code emails since 2025 What should I do?

i have Microsoft/personal account like Hotmail/outlook.com
I am not receiving emails security / verification emails in my spam or junk folders.

I've been having the same problem for over a year now. I cannot get a verification email from any third party source at all to my microsoft.com email account. I've already gone over the basics multiple times. I have put every source I've tried into my whitelist, checked folders (Inbox, Deleted, Junk, etc), checked filtering rules, made sure the email address is correct. Nothing helps. This isn't a case of something basic. I can always get normal email from each source without issue. But once I try to get some kind of verification email, like from a password reset, those never arrive.
