How do I transfer my Contacts file from one Outlook account (business) to another account (personal)? Both are on my Surface Pro but I'm retiring and won't have access to my business account in the near future.

    Hi!

There are few steps to check here:

    Method 1: Using Outlook

    1. Open Outlook
    2. Make sure both accounts (business + personal) are added.
      • File → Account Settings → Account Settings… → Email tab → New (to add if needed).
    3. Go to your business account Contacts folder.
    4. Select all contacts (Ctrl+A).
    5. Right-click → Copy → choose the Contacts folder of your personal account.
      • Done — everything will sync to your personal account in the cloud.

    Method 2:Export/Import (PST/CSV)

    1. In Outlook, go to File → Open & Export → Import/Export.
    2. Choose Export to a file → Comma Separated Values (CSV) or Outlook Data File (.pst).
    3. Select your business Contacts folder → save the file locally.
    4. Switch to your personal account in Outlook.
    5. File → Import/Export → Import from another program or file.
    6. Choose the CSV/PST file → Import into your personal Contacts.
