the issue was a request page for "Automatically sign in to all desktop apps and website on this device"

Which requested a yes/no on allowing the organization to manage the device.

The employee said yes which caused the issue.

    Hello,

Our organization is experiencing this exact issue when loading a work account onto different personal computers for staff members to access the company database. We have gone through steps:

    1. window settings: start>settings>accounts>email & accounts> add work account. This was after creating a local account to set the computer up.
    2. Settings > Accounts > Access work or school > Enroll only in device management, then attempt the process again.

Yet we still keep encountering the error code -2145833241 "Device management could not be enabled"

Can you please advise on what the next steps would be?

    Thanks

one more question. If my school is not able to manage my device, does that mean all the 365 apps on my desktop will not get any updaes?
