Hello,

After the new KB5063842 update, my taskbar has a slight delay. When I have two tabs open and switch between them with the mouse, there is a noticeable delay, but alt-tabbing works flawlessly.

Same thing happens when I click show hidden icons via mouse on my taskbar.

I would also like to add that I have never had a problem with this.

I found a partial solution to this problem. All you need to do is uncheck the option "animate controls and elements inside windows" in visual effects (search for sysdm.cpl)

Hi, thank you for replying. Since the other account is okay, it would be better if you could run the in-place upgrade, as it will repair the device without deleting any data or apps in the PC, or I suggest running a system restore, wherein it will restore the PC how it was working properly. To do that, kindly follow the steps below:

Press the Windows key + R, then type in:

    rstrui

    Then hit OK.

Follow the prompts and select the time and date when the PC is working fine.

Follow the prompts again until it restores.

If anyone can report this to MS, I would be grateful. Feedback Hub doesn't work for me for some reason...

Creating a new account helps, but I don't want to set everything up from scratch. Is there another solution to this problem?

I tried installing the new KB5065429 update, but it didn't help.
