Windows 11 pro 24h2 update has installed Intel - Extension - 2.1.10103.24 multiple times over the pass two weeks, each time it stated that it was successfully installed. Why is repeating request to install multiple time? This as been occurring since August 24, Windows update package

Any suggested on how to troubleshoot this?

    The repeated "Intel - Extension" installation may be caused by Windows Update not recognizing the driver correctly or a bug. If you are not encountering issues with your computer, you can hide this update using the Show or Hide tool so Windows will not try to reinstall it again.

    Download and install the tool here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/2/F22D5FDB-59CD-4275-8C95-1BE17BF70B21/wushowhide.diagcab then run the troubleshooter. Choose to hide the driver update so Windows will not install it again.

    Click next > Hide updates > Choose the update you want to hide then hit next .
