How to initial set-up of MS Authenticator

My Microsoft Authenticator was initially set up to work with MS Dynamics. However, I uninstalled the app from my old phone and reinstalled it on my new one.

Now, I'm unable to add my MS Dynamics account to my new phone. The system is not generating a new QR code for the initial setup and instead goes directly to the sign-in approval screen.

We have already taken the following steps, but the issue persists:

The Entra Admin has disabled and re-enabled MFA.

The browser cache has been cleared."
