Who needs GPT-5 with 20k TPM?

GPT-5 is now available in AIFP, but no matter which region we choose, we are limited to 20k TPM. This isn’t even enough for a single slightly longer request. Applications for a token increase take far too long. For GPT-4.1, token limits were not increased for anyone at some point, and now we’re facing the same issue again.

We understand that these models require significant resources, and we appreciate all the hard work involved. However, 20k TPM for an entire company is extremely restrictive — it's not even enough for one person since my input prompts are longer than that, let alone a whole team. We want to make our dissatisfaction clear: this limit severely hinders productivity and adoption.

We have now received a token increase for Sweden, which is sufficient to begin experimenting and building on it. A special thanks to Manas for the active support, and of course, our gratitude to the CS Gating Support Team!
