Completely uninstall Roblox, restart (not shut down) your PC, then download and install the latest version of that game to see if that resolves the error.

If not, then it would be best to report this to Roblox support on their website and provide them with the dump file that is generated by the game so they can investigate the problem in their game.

    That error indicates an internal error in the game, not a problem with Windows, that is why the error indicates you should upload the dump file to their support site.

    Click your Start Button, then just type winver and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.
