Help I am trying to recover a locked Microsoft Account: I can't log in, But I can reset passwords. I running out of passwords.

I am trying to recover a old account in the past month. I don't have access to my recovery email(Says i need to verify with the same outlook email), but I do have access to the linked phone number.

Details:

The account created is xxxxx**@outlook.ph**.

Verification attempt via phone results in the message: "Verification method not available".

Recovery Issues:

The Account Recovery Form is automatically rejected with the message: "insufficient information".

This rejection occurs because the account has few activity history (e.g., really old emails interactions, no purchases, skype isn't a thing anymore) for verification. Previous inquiries via online agent results in standard response (User guidance).

Thank you.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Note - This is a peer-to-peer support forum. Account or billing-related queries fall outside the scope of our community guidelines, as they usually require sharing personal information. Posting such details in a public forum poses security risks and violates Microsoft’s terms and conditions. For this reason, we can only offer general guidance on how to recover your account.

Based on your description, it seems that your account is blocked. Filling out the Account recovery form is the correct option here to recover your account. However, If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

Detailed steps on how to use the Account Recovery Form can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/help/b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again. You can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

Alternatively, you can try the Account reinstatement form below to review the reasons why your account was disabled.
