i want the fortnite crew subscription to be WIPED from the Subscriptions tab of my account settings

Microsoft does not have a hotline that I cannot get in contact with a REAL LIFE HUMAN. It just redirects me to their unhelpful Microsoft Support page with a bunch of Q & A stuff. All I'm trying to do is get the Fortnite Crew subscription completely off of the Subscription page. I have ALREADY "managed" the subscription and ended the billing cycle. HOWEVER! The subscription STILL IS ONLINE IN FORTNITE. AKA I can't access the fortnite crew AT ALL!!!! Thus, ALL I WANT IS IT TO END FOR GOOD. BURN THE HISTORY FROM MY ACCOUNT, so to speak. Can anybody with authority or credentials take off Fortnite Crew subscription from my Microsoft account FOR GOOD??? Thx...

If SOMEONE that is HUMAN knows how to get into contact with another HUMAN on the phone, then PLEASE...be as THOROUGH in DIRECTIONS AS POSSIBLE. NO CUTTING CORNERS PLZ. its alot to ask, i know, but when a CERTAIN COMPANY decides to do away with anything HUMAN, then we sad lot have to deal with GARBAGE ROBOTS that will NEVER understand our HUMAN needs, let alone know how to direct us to the right path.

Hi! Sorry to hear that you have troubles with this situation, have you use the cancel subscription option or you just stop the renewal, in case you do the second, you could still see the subscription active in game as it will remain like that until the end of the period that is already payed.

If you chose cancellation, and the Microsoft site shows it as cancelled, then you need to contact Epic support, specially if you purchase it in game and not trough the Microsoft store.
