Hello Minh Hiếu Trần**,**

Thank you for your post. I understand that you are having issue with Office 2013. I truly understand how you feel. Let me assist you go through this situation.
As your description, you currently use Office 2013 but cannot open Word, PowerPoint. The issue happened because since February 28, 2017, Microsoft stopped offering Office 2013 downloads as part of Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
To ensure security, compatibility, and support, I recommend installing the latest version of Microsoft 365 Apps (formerly Office 365).
To Install the Newest Office (Microsoft 365 Apps):
1. Sign in to Your Microsoft Account
- Go to: https://www.office.com
- Sign in with the Microsoft account that has your Microsoft 365 subscription.
2. Start the Installation
- Once signed in, click Install Office.
- Choose Microsoft 365 Apps (this is the latest version, updated continuously).
- Download the installer and run it.
3. Follow the Prompts
- The installer will download and install the latest Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- This version is always up-to-date and supported.
Why I suggest you Upgrade:
- Office 2013 is no longer supported and does not receive security updates.
- Newer versions include:
- Better performance and stability.
- New features like real-time collaboration.
- Compatibility with Windows 11 and modern file formats.
