Recurring meetings with changing agendas

I want to have a Loop workspace for our team meetings, linked to recurring teams/outlook item.

The task list should feed into a Plan and ideally display outstanding tasks in each meeting, but the agenda be seperate for each meeting (or at least that "ticked" items are no longer visible on each weeks iteration)

So far, my agenda carries through the same on every meeting. I also want to be able to create agendas for future meetings.

Is there a way to have each meeting agenda as its own item, but connected as a series?

    Hello Tara,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

It sounds like you're looking for a way to manage recurring meetings with unique agendas while keeping them connected in a series. Here's how you can achieve this using Microsoft Loop and other tools:

Create a Template Agenda: Start by creating a reusable agenda template in Microsoft Loop. This template can include standard items you want to cover in every meeting.

Duplicate the Template for Each Meeting: For each new meeting, duplicate the template agenda. This ensures that each meeting starts with a fresh agenda, and previous notes or "ticked" items don't carry over.

Use Loop Components in Teams: When scheduling meetings in Teams, add Loop components to the meeting chat. These components can include the agenda and notes. Each meeting can have its own unique Loop component, allowing you to manage agendas separately.

Manage Tasks in Planner: Use Microsoft Planner to track tasks and their progress. This way, tasks can remain consistent across meetings, but the agendas and notes are unique to each meeting.

Organize Notes in the Loop Workspace: After each meeting, transfer the notes to the Loop workspace. Create a new page for each meeting's notes to keep them organized and separate. This ensures that adjustments to one meeting's notes don't affect others.

Plan Future Agendas: You can create agendas for future meetings by duplicating the template and customizing it in advance. These can be linked to the corresponding meeting in Teams or Outlook.
