Hello, I'm using an Omen Laptop and every time I use Word or even type an email in Outlook, my cursor will return to the middle of the sentence or will skip down to another part of a document. Of course this causes me frustration and also over-writes what I have just written.
If anyone has any suggestions to fix this I would appreciate it. I would love to use Word more but something is definitely wrong so I can't write any documents longer than a few paragraphs before it becomes ridiculous.

Most likely that is caused by the touchpad on your laptop, open the touchpad settings and look for any sensitivity setting or palm guars setting to either lower the touchpad sensitivity or enable the palm guard setting to se if that resolves the problem.
