Status page for Workspaces in Loop

The Status button just below the Workspace name shows what seems to be a summary page for the Workspace in question. However, this page does not refresh with content and seems to be limited to placeholders (Insights, Tasks, ...)?

How does it works? DO I have to configure something in a special way to be displayed here?

Thanks for your help, but I'm afraid it still doesn't work :(

Tasks are created and closed, but nothing is displayed (not only in this test Workspace but in all other I have created so far). I may be doing something wrong with the tasks, but the Workspace Insights are not being displayed either (despite I create and edit many pages; again, in all my WSs)

I am starting to believe this may be due to some licence conditions.

    Thanks!

    Dear Angel Gavin,

    Good day to you!

Thank you for the information. Based on your screenshot, it seems the user didn't perform any tasks. If the task is completed, it should look like the screenshot below and the content should appear on the status page.

Would you mind if I suggest check again? If the content doesn't appear after completing the task, we will take further steps to resolve the issue.

I will be waiting for your response for further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding. Your cooperation and contributions are greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards,

    Nahid Sultan

    Thanks for your answer, Nahid.

That's exactly the kind of behaviour I was expecting for the Status Page.

I have created a dummy workspace (TEST WS). The screenshot below showz the Status Page with placeholders with no actual content, despite I have included a page with tasks (Tasks page) and an Info Page with a recap.

A screenshot of the Tasks page (created with the template provided in Loop):

I have refreshed the Status page several times. Tasks were created yesterday but ... no tasks in the Status page so far. The same happens with a recap (if I am understanding well what recaps are) but I guess that the underlying problem is the same.

Thanks a lot for your help!

    Dear Angel Gavin,

    Good day to you!

I hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out to our Microsoft Community Forum. We will be happy to help you.

According to your description, the Status Page in Microsoft Loop is designed to provide a summary of the workspace. For example, if you create a task in task management and assign it to someone, once that person completes the task, the status page will reflect the update.

Not only tasks, but any assigned actions performed by users within the workspace will also be reflected on the status page. However, please note that updates may take some time to fully propagate. We do not need to configure to display status.

However, as you mentioned the page does not refresh with content. Actually, it is for summary for action triggered by the user. And the four statuses mentioned on the status page will be displayed.

Meanwhile, could you please share what kind of content action are you trying to do? So that it will help me to provide further guidance accordingly.

I am looking forward to your response for further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding. Your cooperation and contributions are greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards,

    Nahid Sultan
