Mendeley Cite Not Responding With Word Online

I was using Mendeley cite for my dissertation up until last week when every time I open the program in Word online it causes the page to crash. I have tried it in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, on 2 different computers, and on my university's wifi and off my university's wifi. I have undownloaded and redownloaded the add in and the desktop app on my Mac multiple times. I'm starting to get a little desperate because all of my citations are in the program and I don't know how to fix it.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
