1-> Impact Summary:
Many customers worldwide have reported that their Sway presentations have disappeared or become inaccessible. The reported issues include:

- Links Inaccessible- Users have encountered messages indicating that their Sway links are incorrect or the presentations have been deleted, despite not deleting them.
2-> Latest Update:
This issue may be due to an internal error affecting data synchronization and storage within the Sway service.Microsoft has acknowledged the problem and is actively working on a resolution.
- Efforts are underway to restore access to affected Sways. Initial steps include data recovery from backup systems and enhanced monitoring to prevent future occurrences.
- A comprehensive analysis is being conducted to determine the exact cause of the issue. Preliminary findings suggest a possible misconfiguration in the data handling processes that led to unintended deletions or data loss.
