When I enter the product key for the MS 365 subscription I bought from Currys UK i get the message. "An error occurred at our end TokenstateInactive"

I try to activate my Microsoft365.

I give the productcode, and get this answer. Several times.

    What shall I do?

I am having a similar issue with the same error code, having bought a new laptop recently (also from Currys), along with a lifetime MS office 2021 subscription.

I have checked but appear to have no active trail versions.

What licence? You cannot use a Personal key on the pre-installed O365 Family Trial version

Hi Palcouk, Thanks for your reply, I didn't know that. I guess I have to wait for the free trial to expire.

    Kind regards,

    Tom
