I can't redeem my token for MSOffice 365. I get message "TokenStateInactive" when I enter my product key

When I enter the product key for the MS 365 subscription I bought from Currys UK i get the message. "An error occurred at our end TokenstateInactive"

We'll add your product key to ******@outlook.com Change

Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. Error Code:

    Problem has nothing to do with your computer. I bought the Microsoft 365 subscription card from Costco. When they sold me the card, it didn’t register properly…it wasn’t activated properly. Costco allowed me to return the initial card. I bought a 2nd one and it worked right away (I added the Microsoft 365 to my iPhone while I was at the store)

    I had that problem when I bought my Microsoft 365 from Costco. I took it back to Costco, they refunded me and I bought another one from Costco, which worked. When they sold me the first one, they didn’t activate it properly.

    What licence? You cannot use a Personal key on the pre-installed O365 Family Trial version
