How can I resolve the issue of Mendeley not working or linking properly with Microsoft Word? I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Office and Word, uninstalling and reinstalling Mendeley, updating all software, and even changing the versions of both Office and Mendeley, but the problem persists. Additionally, I can upload a screenshot of the error for better understanding. How can I proceed?
