Hello,

i'm using Office 365 on my Tab s7.

I have a problem when using a mouse with my tablet.

I cant leftclick drag to select text.

The Problem is only within office, if not within office i can drag to select.

To select text in offic i have to doubleclick a word and then use the same way i use when i'm not using mouse: by dragging one of the little blue flags.

Hoping for help.

Greetings,

Paul

    Hi Paul N!

It sounds like there may be an issue with the mouse settings in your Office 365 application on your Tab s7.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    * Check mouse settings: Go to Settings > General Management > Language and Input > Physical keyboard > Mouse/trackpad. Check if the mouse settings are enabled and properly configured. You may need to adjust the sensitivity or other settings.

Update the Office app: Make sure that your Office 365 app is up-to-date. You can check for updates in the Google Play Store.

Restart the app and the device: Sometimes, simply restarting the Office app can fix the issue. Close the app and then reopen it.

    * Reset the Office app like MS Word: Go to settings> scroll down to the reset button and then reset the app

    * Clear the cache: Clearing the cache for the Office app may also help. Go to Settings > Apps > Office > Storage > Clear Cache.

    * Reinstall the app: If none of the above steps work, you may need to uninstall and then reinstall the Office app.

Kindly let me know, if you require additional assistance, I will be glad to help further.

    Best Regards, Shakiru
