Sway keeps forcing a refresh then completely crashes and sends me back to Sway Home. How can I fix this?

When editing in sway (adding text/images etc.) after 15 seconds (on average) Sway will pop up with a message saying something has gone wrong and I need to refresh. It losses about the last couple of seconds of editing that I had been doing when it refreshes. Every 4-5 times this happens I get a green screen telling me to return to sway Home as something has gone wrong.

Hi All,

As per the updates from the related team, the problem was mitigated and I request you to check whether you still have the same problem at your end. If yes, please clear the browser cache and cookies to check whether you still encounter the same problem.

If you still encounter the problem please contact the IT admin of your organization and create the support ticket from the Office 365 Admin center for further investigation with the developing team. Reference: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Docs

Appreciate your patience and stay safe!!

Best Regards,

Chitrahaas

we are now getting this error message as well as the continual refresh message. Closing the browser tab and opening sway.office.com with sign in restarts it

    Good morning,

I am also having the same problem. It is refreshing frequently. I have tried multiple browsers with the same issue occurring in all browsers.

    Exactly!

Large organisation to - we have raised a ticket with our IT support to see if they can investigate either with whomever our tenant admin is or Microsoft directly - we are 99% sure its not our end through despite MS not being able to reproduce the error on their end - its happening to too separate tenants, sites and locations
