Sway keeps forcing a refresh then completely crashes and sends me back to Sway Home. How can I fix this?

When editing in sway (adding text/images etc.) after 15 seconds (on average) Sway will pop up with a message saying something has gone wrong and I need to refresh. It losses about the last couple of seconds of editing that I had been doing when it refreshes. Every 4-5 times this happens I get a green screen telling me to return to sway Home as something has gone wrong.

Hi All,

As per the updates from the related team, the problem was mitigated and I request you to check whether you still have the same problem at your end. If yes, please clear the browser cache and cookies to check whether you still encounter the same problem.

If you still encounter the problem please contact the IT admin of your organization and create the support ticket from the Office 365 Admin center for further investigation with the developing team. Reference: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Docs

Appreciate your patience and stay safe!!

Best Regards,

Chitrahaas

Having the same issue as well. Since my organization is fairly large it's hard to track down who has permissions to submit a support ticket.

Was anyone else able to successfully submit a support ticket?

Working on a project and am constantly losing work..

Hello! I am having the exact same problem - regardless of browser, file, etc. It is consistently happening even when I switch workstations. I, too, eventually get the "green screen :(" and redirected back.
