No resolution yet. I haven't agreed to upgrade yet. Currently I am accessing my email through the incognito tab. Going to check out my other options before I agree to give them more money as they required me to upgrade before for another reason.
Hi LouV11,
Since this issue is originated from Go Daddy and they have acknowledged about it. Some users has reported it is resolved. May I know any update from your side regarding this issue?
Best regards,

I have Go Daddy and having same error message as of 5/13/25. Feels like a money grab from Go-Daddy to me. Was told M365 Email Plus no longer supports accessing your email from the Outlook Application (can access from phone). In order to access from Outlook Application need to upgrade to M365 Business Professional. However, was told can access through opening an incognito tab on my browser and logging into Office (which did allow me to access my email).
Go Daddy told me the reason has to do with "previous IMAP settings for Outlook on computers are no longer supported due to security and privacy concerns for users, as they have become outdated".
