Locked out of Hotmail account – recovery form failed multiple times and I need help escalating

Hi,

I’m completely locked out of my Hotmail email account and desperately need help. I’ve submitted the recovery form multiple times (including several times just this week) and I still haven’t received any response — no confirmation emails, no updates, nothing.

I was getting emails to say I haven't provided enough information and to try again but when I did, I'm getting no repsonses.

I’m certain I set up security information when I created the account, including a backup email, phone number, and answers to security questions like my first car. But the recovery form doesn’t give me any option to use that info — it just loops back to itself.

To be clear:

  • I’ve submitted the form from the same laptop, browser, and Wi-Fi I used to create the account
  • I’ve filled out every field in detail, even when unsure
  • I’ve included extra info at the end of the form each time
  • I’ve never received a confirmation email or any contact from Microsoft after submitting the form

Please, is there any way this can be escalated or reviewed manually? I’m not trying to bypass security — I’m just asking for a chance to prove I own the account since the automated system is clearly not working in my case. I can even provide a list of emails in my inbox up until I lost access

Thank you for any help or direction!
